Hello!
I have been a part of different testing outfits in the southwest US over the last 15 years, and the shops have always had test pins for doing primary injection circuit breaker testing.
I’ve joined a smaller company and need to purchase some, but I’m having a heck of a time finding them. Would any of you techs have a clue where I could find these? I have to think there’s an outfit out there that already makes them, as the custom machining prices are not ideal.
These style are my preferred; hugely not a fan of the hex pin types that insert into the lug screws of breakers. See pic of what I am looking for:

Those look like the pins that come in the copper set ETI precision has for there injection sets you should be able to purchase them separately

Any Idea who would sell the hex test pins?

Any Machine shop should be able to make those. Our shop in the northeast has had them made a few times.

this is a tri-pac version that lugs into the fuse block of 400A and 800A fusible tri-pac breakers. You can easily insert that into the 500kcmil lug if you do not want to use the hex version.
